CobholmCabana coming to Yarmouth
Freshly Greated, a local arts-based community organisation that is part of Voluntary Norfolk, is thrilled to host CobholmCabana this weekend. This will be an exciting new event designed to celebrate the wonderful creativity from the people of Cobholm.
This special event will take place on Saturday, August 10th, and promises an evening full of fun and excitement for everyone in Great Yarmouth. The festivities will begin with a colourful street procession led by Puppets with Guts’ The Lips. This lively parade will start in Cobholm and make its way down to the Cobholm Primary Academy playing field.
Karen Jeremiah, the Program Director for Freshly Greated, says, “Our community producers have done it again. We can’t wait to see their brilliant and creative ideas come to life at this event.”
Once the procession reaches the playing field, the fun will continue with a variety of activities for all ages. There will be walkabout artists, creative workshops, circus performances, show girls, live music, games, and a tombola with great prizes. The event will conclude with an exciting finale featuring stunning pyrotechnics!
